Concordia is a coach style home community with no age deed restrictions located in Northeast Cape Coral, built out from 2006 to 2009.
There are 34 buildings, 10 units to each building. Each building has 2 floors and no elevator.

The ground floor offers 2 different layouts, The Magnolia 3 bed or The Orchid 2 bed. There are 3 ground floor units per building that all have open floor plans, screened lanai, master bath, paver driveways and a single car garage.

The upper floor offers 4 different layouts:

  • The Gladiolus 1 bed
  • The Gardenia 2 bed
  • The Orchid 2 bed
  • The Magnolia 3 bed

There are 7 upper floor units per building that all have open floor plans, screened lanai, master bath, paver driveways and a single or 2 car garage. The upper floor Magnolia is the only floor plan that offers the 2 car garage.

Amenities include a clubhouse available to rent for events, solar light walking paths, fitness center, infinity edge heated gunite pool overlooking the man-made lake. Concordia is an active community with weekly events and games.

HOA fees are $310 a month and includes exterior lawn maintenance, exterior pest control, trash, water and basic cable. There are 3 leases allowed per year with a minimum of 30 days. There is a 2 pet limit, 40lb. max. Tenants are not allowed to have pets. *No CDD fee.
